Terms of sale
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern every order placed on this website with Prodigy Create, a company registered in Tunisia. By placing an order, the client accepts them without reservation.
01Services
We produce user-generated-content (UGC) videos with independent creators selected by the client from our catalogue. Each video is defined at order time: format, duration, raw or edited rendering, number of hooks, script source and delivery speed.
02Clients
Our services are reserved for companies and professionals established in Tunisia. One account represents one company.
03Prices
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars excluding VAT, then with VAT at 19% and a stamp duty of 1.000 TND per invoice. The price is the one displayed when the order is placed; later changes to our prices do not affect it.
04Order and payment
The order is final once paid by card through ClicToPay (Société Monétique Tunisie). Card data is handled by the bank only; we never see it. An invoice is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed.
An unpaid order is kept for 7 days, then cancelled automatically.
05Production and delivery
Production starts once we have validated the brief. The standard lead time is 7 business days from payment; express delivery, when chosen, shortens it as stated on the order. Lead times may be extended if the client does not provide the information needed.
Videos are delivered through a download link, whose validity is stated at delivery, or handed over at our studio.
06Revisions and acceptance
Each video includes 1 free revision, to be requested from the client area within 7 days of delivery. A revision covers adjustments to the delivered video (cuts, captions, music, colour); it does not cover a new shoot, a new script or a change of creator. Without a request within this period, or once the client approves the video, it is considered accepted.
07Cancellation and refunds
The client may cancel a paid video until its brief is validated and receives a refund of the amount paid for it, excluding the stamp duty. Once the brief is validated, the video can no longer be cancelled. Refunds are made to the card used for the payment and documented by a credit note.
08Use of the videos
Once the video is paid for and delivered, the client may use it to promote its own products and services. The creator appearing in the video has agreed to this use. The client may not resell the video or use it in a way that harms the creator's reputation.
09Client responsibilities
The client guarantees that the brief, script and product information it provides are accurate and lawful, and that it holds the rights to any trademark or material it asks us to feature.
10Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the video concerned. We are not liable for the commercial results obtained with the videos.
11Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in our privacy policy.
12Applicable law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
