Prodigy Create processes the personal data of its clients in accordance with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
01Data we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, company name, tax ID and billing address.
- Orders: briefs, scripts and files you send us, delivery and revision history.
- Payments: status and masked card number returned by the bank. We never receive your full card details.
- Technical: sign-in sessions and IP address, used for security.
02Why we use it
- To create your account, produce and deliver your videos, and invoice them.
- To send you service emails about your orders (these cannot be turned off while an order is in progress).
- To secure the platform and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
03Who receives it
Our team and the creator and editor working on your video (brief and script only). Our technical providers: hosting, file storage, email delivery and the payment gateway ClicToPay. We never sell your data.
04How long we keep it
Account data is kept while the account is active. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Tunisian law (10 years). Briefs and scripts are kept for 3 years after the last order.
05Your rights
You can access, correct or object to the processing of your data, and ask for its deletion where the law allows, by writing to contact@prodigy-digital-distributions.com. You can also contact the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).
06Cookies
We only use cookies needed for the service: your session and your theme preference. No advertising or tracking cookies.
